Overview
The Events tab allows you to monitor all system activities and API communication logs between your property and connected services.
This section is mainly used for:
- Tracking ARI updates (Availability, Rates, Inventory)
- Monitoring configuration changes
- Reviewing booking-related system responses
If something fails to sync, this is the first place to check.
Filtering & Navigation
You can filter the event list using:
- Date
- Category
- Section
- Search bar (keyword or reference ID)
Available Category Filters
- Services → Events related to property services or operational updates
- F&B Rooms → Food & Beverage and Rooms configurations or related changes
- Conditions → Booking conditions, restrictions, or policy updates

Shows the system result of the event.

| (6) Response POST Body | Displays the payload sent to the system or partner. Useful for comparing what was submitted vs what was processed. |
| (7) External Link Icon | Opens detailed event information in a new browser tab for deeper review. |
🧠 How to Read Event Logs
| Field | Explanation |
| Tracking ID | Unique reference number for the event. Provide this when contacting Support. |
| Hotel ID / Property ID | Identifies which property the event relates to. |
| Timestamp | Shows when the event occurred. |
| Category | Classifies the event under Services, F&B Rooms, or Conditions. |
| Section | Indicates which platform area triggered the event (e.g., Availability, Rate Plan, Room Setup). |
| Response Body | Shows success or detailed error message. |
| Response POST Body | Displays the exact data sent in the API call. Useful for troubleshooting mismatched values. |
⚠️ When to Use the Events Tab
Use this section when:
- Rate discrepancies from data push from a channel manager/ data you uploaded
- Availability is not syncing
- Restrictions are not applied
- A connection shows unexpected behavior
- You need to confirm whether a push or pull action was successful
💡 Tip:
If multiple Failed events appear, review the Response Body and Tracking ID and share those details with Support for faster resolution.
