Table of Contents
Intelligence → Derived Connect
The Derived Connect section allows you to configure rate plans that automatically follow pricing and restriction rules from a master rate plan. This is especially useful when you want multiple room types or rate plans to dynamically follow a shared pricing structure, helping reduce manual updates and configuration errors.
✨ Using Derived Connect ensures consistency across related rate plans while saving time on ongoing rate management.
Derived Connect → How to add combination
To begin creating a derived rate plan, click the + Add Combination button.
This allows you to group selected rooms and rate plans under a new configuration that can inherit pricing or restriction logic from a master rate plan.
Derived Combination Details → Pricing Rules
In this tab, you will define how the pricing of each selected rate plan will behave in relation to its base (master) rate plan.
📸 Refer to the screenshot above for an example of pricing rule setup.
Pricing Logic Examples
- R1.56.1.1 → +% 10 → This rate plan will increase by 10% compared to the master rate plan.
