In the Property Conditions section, you can manage important details such as guest check-in and check-out times for rooms and meeting rooms, cancellation policies, deposits, taxes, fees, payment preferences, and whether your property accepts children and pets.
To access this section:
- Click Settings (1) on the left-hand side of the page.
- Select Conditions (2).
Arrival and Departure - Room
In this section, you can set and update the allowed check-in and check-out time windows for your guests.
- Check-In → Specify the earliest and latest time guests can check in.
- Check-Out → Specify the earliest and latest time guests must check out.
Times should be entered in hh:mm (hours:minutes) format.
Once updates are complete, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to store your changes.
Things to Note
Any updates made will log the Operator ID and user details of the person who made the change.
Always ensure changes are saved before leaving the page.

Once you’ve made updates, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to confirm your changes.

- Time Slots → Choose from Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night, or Flexi.
- From / To → Define the earliest and latest times guests can check in or check out within each time slot.
Minimum Hours → If Flexi is selected, set the minimum number of hours a guest can stay (from 2 to 9 hours). - Extra Hours Pricing → Specify whether the price for additional hours will remain the Same, Increase, or Decrease.
Once all updates are complete, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to store your changes.
Things to Note

Arrival and Departure - Meeting Hourly
In the Arrival and Departure – Meeting Hourly section, you can configure the time windows for meeting rooms that can be booked by the hour at your property.
- Time Slots → Choose from Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night, or Flexi.
- From / To → Define the earliest and latest times guests can check in or check out within each slot.
- Minimum Hours → If Flexi is selected, set the minimum number of hours a guest can stay (from 2 to 9 hours).
Once all updates are complete, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to confirm your changes.
Things to Note
Updates are logged with the Operator ID, timestamp, and the user who performed the change.
Always remember to save your changes to ensure updates are applied.
The Channel Status Icon will indicate if the system is operational, under maintenance, or non-operational.

Cancellation Policy
In the Cancellation Policy section, you can define the rules and conditions under which guests may cancel or modify their bookings, along with any applicable penalties or fees.
You can choose between Standard and multiple levels of Flexible policies. By default, the Standard Policy applies to all rate plans. However, if you configure Flexible Policies and apply them to specific rate plans, these will take precedence.
If needed, you can add a second level to your cancellation policy for a given period by clicking the ‘+’ icon. Please note: each cancellation policy can only have two levels per type/period.
Once all updates are complete, click Save at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.

Deposit
In the Deposit section, you can specify whether a deposit is required from guests when booking a room, meeting room, or an hourly room/meeting room.
You can define:
- The amount of the deposit (as a percentage).
- Whether it applies to the first night or the full stay.
- The timeline — how many days prior to arrival the deposit must be paid.
If you do not require guests to pay a deposit, simply check the box that says: “If you don’t require a deposit, check here.” Otherwise, leave it blank and complete the setup.
Once all updates are made, click Save at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.

- The percentage of Tax/VAT charged.
- Whether it is included in the room price or not included (added separately).
- The type of booking the tax applies to (Room or Meeting).
Once all updates are complete, click Save at the bottom of the page to store your changes.

- Type of charge: per Stay, Person Per Stay, Per Night Select, Person Per Night, as a Percentage (%) or as Incalculable.
- Applicability: whether the city tax is Included in the price or Not Included (added separately).
- Charge: enter the specific amount to be applied.
Once all updates are complete, click Save at the bottom of the page to store your changes.

Requesting new items: If the tax or fee is not listed, type it into the text field next to the Send button and click Send to request its addition.
Type: Select whether the charge is a Tax or a Fee.
Details: Choose the specific tax/fee from the dropdown list.
Applicability: Define whether the charge applies Per Night, Per Stay, or only on the First Night.
Multiplicator: Select whether the fee will be calculated per Guest, Adult, or Room.
Charge: Enter the fee either as a percentage (%) or as a fixed amount in your chosen currency. The total will be multiplied by the number of rooms or adults as applicable.
Multiple fees: If more than one tax or fee applies, click the + icon to add an additional row.
Once all updates are complete, click Save to confirm your changes.

Requesting new preferences: If a payment preference is not listed, enter it in the text field next to the Send button and click Send to request its addition.
Credit/Debit card settings: Check the box if you do not accept or require a debit or credit card for bookings.
Booking confirmation: Choose whether guests must provide a credit card to confirm their booking.
Security options: Decide whether to request a CVC code for added security.
Pre-authorization: Select whether you want to pre-authorize a card before arrival.
Once all updates are complete, click Save at the bottom of the page to ensure your changes are stored.

To restrict children, check the box next to “If you don’t accept children, check here.”

- To restrict pets, check the box next to “If you don’t accept pets, check here.”
- If pets are accepted, you can specify which types are allowed (e.g., all pets, small pets only) and whether an additional charge applies.
- In the Charge column, select whether the extra charge is calculated as a percentage (%) or a fixed amount in your chosen currency.
- Enter the number of pets in the Details column.
- In the Applicability column, select whether the charge applies to the First Night, the Total Reservation, or per Day.
Once updates are complete, click Save to store your changes.
