Property Services Settings
The Services section allows users to manage and update the facilities and features offered by the property. Each category groups services into logical clusters (e.g., Parking, Internet, Cleaning) to ensure accurate and consistent setup.
🧭 Tip: Search Across Properties
If you’re managing multiple connected properties, use the Property Search Bar located at the top of the Services page to quickly navigate between them.
This allows you to perform updates or checks on other properties without having to exit and re-enter the Settings module.
💡 Note: The information under each service category (e.g., Parking, Internet, Reception, etc.) is considered static data and is not transmitted to any external partners or systems. This section is maintained purely for internal reference and operational context within the Bakuun platform.
Parking Services
This section displays the parking options configured for the property. It is view-only any updates on this section do reach out to our Support Team at support@bakuun.com.
Users can see the selected parking types (e.g., Public, Private, or No Parking) and associated configurations such as location, valet service, reservation requirement, and charge details.

Table Reference – Parking Fields (View-Only)

| (8) Applied To | Hours / Day | Clarifies whether the fee is per hour or per day. |
| (9) Last Update Details | Username + Timestamp | Indicates when and by whom the parking settings were last modified. |

✅ All changes made in the editable view are logged with user ID and exact timestamp for audit purposes.
Internet Services
This section displays the property’s available internet services. Like other service tabs, it is view-only within this module.
The property can offer different internet types (e.g., Wi-Fi, Cable, or No Internet) and define where the connection is available, along with details on charges, currency, and usage terms.

🔒 Important Notes
📌 This module is view-only. To update the settings, go to Property Management > Services.
⏱️ Updates are automatically tracked in the system, including timestamp and user who made the changes.
Reception Services
The Reception Services section displays front desk–related offerings such as express check-in, luggage storage, tour desk, and other services that enhance the guest experience.
These services are view-only and cannot be edited directly from the extranet. All items are predefined and system-controlled. If you need to update this list, please contact our Support Team.
You can also manage multilingual labels for each item by clicking the 🌐 globe icon, which opens the translation panel on the side of the screen.

ℹ️ Note: Although the charges and services are visible, they cannot be edited in this screen. For multilingual properties, you may click the globe icon (6) to preview available translations of the item details in multiple languages.
Activity Services
This section displays the list of activities available at the property (e.g., bike tours, walking tours, cooking classes). The data is view-only and reflects what’s currently configured.
Food & Drink Services
This section shows all available food and beverage options the property offers, such as in-room dining, restaurant facilities, or complimentary breakfast.
Transport Services
Displays transportation services like airport shuttle, public transport access, or rental car options currently enabled for the property.
Cleaning Services
Lists the property’s cleaning-related services, such as laundry, daily housekeeping, and dry cleaning.
Shops
Outlines any on-site or nearby retail services, like gift shops, mini-markets, or boutiques, that are linked to the property.
Pool & Wellness
Includes facilities such as swimming pools, saunas, massage services, or wellness centers.
Common Area
Shows available shared spaces such as lounges, libraries, or shared kitchens.
Entertainment & Family Services
Includes family-friendly features and entertainment like babysitting, indoor play areas, or game rooms.
Business Facilities
Shows facilities available for business guests, such as meeting rooms, fax/photocopy services, and business centers.
Property Themes
Displays property themes such as romantic, family-friendly, adventure, or wellness.
Miscellaneous
Lists any additional services not categorized in the previous sections (e.g., pet bowls, fire extinguishers, or emergency kits).
