The Multimedia page lets you review the photo and logo albums linked to your property.
Use this page to:
- Review property photo albums
- Review logo albums
- Review room photo albums
- Check file size, last modified date, and image quantity
- Open album details or connection information
- Create a new album, if available for your account
Before you start
You need access to your Property Account.
The actions available on this page may depend on your account permissions and property setup. Some users can create or manage albums, while others may only be able to review existing media details.
How to open Multimedia
- Log in to your Property Account
- Go to Collection
- Select Multimedia
You will see the Multimedia page.
What you can review
The Multimedia page shows the media albums currently linked to your property.
You may see albums such as:
- Property Photo Album Default - the default property photo album
- Property Photo Album - the main property photo album
- Property Logo Album - the album used for the property logo
- Room Photo Default - the default room photo album
- Room-specific albums - albums linked to specific rooms, such as King Room
Each album may show:
- Name - showing the album name
- Size - showing the file size or album size
- Last Modified - showing when the album was last updated
- Q.TY - showing the number of images in the album
- Ellipsis icon - used to open more options for the album
Open album options
Use the ellipsis icon beside an album to open the available options.
Depending on your access, you may see options such as:
- Upload - used to add images to the album
- Details - used to view more album information
- Rename - used to update the album name
- Connection - used to review where the album or images are connected
- Delete - used to delete the album, if available
Before deleting an album, make sure it is not still needed for your property, room, or connected setup.
Create a new album
Use + New Album if you need to create a new media album for the property.
- Go to Collection > Multimedia
- Click + New Album
- Enter the required album details
- Add or select the required media, where available
- Save the album
After the album is created, it should appear on the Multimedia page.
How to check it worked
After creating or updating an album:
- Return to Collection > Multimedia
- Find the album you updated
- Check that the album name is showing correctly
- Check the Last Modified date
- Check the Q.TY value to confirm the expected number of images is showing
- Open the ellipsis menu if you need to review the album details or connection information
If the album details do not look correct, refresh the page and check again.
