Connectivity lets you manage your property’s Channel Manager connection.
Once connected, your availability, rates, and restrictions can sync between Bakuun and the selected Channel Manager.
Use this page to:
- Review available Channel Managers
- Open channel connection details
- Review or update authentication details, if required
- Map rooms and rate plans to the Channel Manager
- Connect or disconnect the Channel Manager
- Review connection events
Before you start
You need access to your Property Account.
Before updating a channel connection, make sure you have:
- Channel Manager credentials - username and password, if required
- Room and rate plan details - the rooms and rate plans that need to be connected
- Channel reference IDs - only if required by the Channel Manager
If you are not sure which rooms, rate plans, or reference IDs should be used, contact your Channel Manager or Bakuun Support before saving changes.
