Overview
In the Connect section, you can link your property to a Channel Manager. Once connected, your property’s availability, rates, and restrictions are automatically synchronized with the selected channel manager.
To begin, click the ellipsis (⋯) beside your selected Channel Manager. You will see two options:
- Connect → starts the channel setup process

Details → displays connection information such as ARI delivery type, mapping method, and supported capabilities
Connect
Once you click Connect, you will be redirected to the Channel Details page. This page contains four main tabs that guide you through the setup.
Authentication
This section displays the credentials required by the Channel Manager, if applicable. You will only see this tab if credentials are required. This section is for reference only. Click SAVE or MAPPING to continue.
Mapping
In this section, select all rooms and rate plans that should be connected to the Channel Manager.
Make sure to:
- Expand any collapsed room or rate plan lists
- Verify that all required rate plans are selected to avoid missing mappings
Once everything is selected, click Save.
Status
After saving the mapping:
Go to the Status tab Click Connect to initiate the channel connection
This step activates the live ARI synchronization between your property and the Channel Manager.
