General Settings
The General Settings section in B-Marketplace provides an overview of your property’s key commercial configurations, including commission setup, tax rules, and fee structures, for all listing categories such as Rooms, By Hours, and Meeting Rooms.
This section is designed for viewing purposes only. Any modifications to commission rates, VAT, or fees must be made within the Distribution settings of each individual partner.
Commercial Settings
The Commercial Settings section allows suppliers to configure commission structures and availability status per booking category within the B-Marketplace. Unlike the “View Only” setup in other areas, this section is fully editable, empowering users to manage their commercial terms directly.

| Base Commission | Define the standard commission percentage charged to your partners. This value is editable → for example, setting 10% ensures every B-Marketplace booking applies that rate. |
| Flexi Commission | Optional field to apply an additional percentage on top of the base rate. This can be used for performance incentives, campaigns, or temporary promotional adjustments. |
| Edit / Save Button | Applies and stores your latest configuration changes. Always click Save after editing the commission fields to update your setup successfully. |
| Last Update | Displays the exact date and time of the last modification made to your commercial settings. |
| Information Icon (ℹ️) | Hovering over or clicking the ℹ️ icon reveals the user who last updated the configuration. |
Tax Management - VAT
This section displays how Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied to bookings for Rooms and Meeting Rooms. It ensures that your VAT rules are correctly aligned with partner requirements.
