TPS Account: Direct Connect - Contracts

What this page is for

Direct Connect > Contracts lets TPS accounts review buyer contracts and manage supplier contracts. This article focuses on the Supplier tab.

Before you start

You need access to the TPS account and permission to manage contracts.

What this page shows

Buyer tab — used for buyer contracts. This tab may show no records, depending on your account setup.

Supplier tab — used to create, review, freeze, and unfreeze supplier contracts.

Supplier contract list

Each row in the Supplier tab shows:

Create a supplier contract

1. Go to Direct Connect > Contracts.
2. Open the Supplier tab.
3. Click + Create.
4. Complete the contract details:
   • Expire
   • Supplier Chain
   • Supplier
   • Business Model
   • Payment Terms
   • Refundable
   • Non Refundable
   • Method
5. Click Create.

Outcome: The contract appears in the Supplier tab with its Contract ID, expiry, status, and next action details.

Freeze or unfreeze a supplier contract

1. Select the contract row, if required.
2. Click Freeze to place the contract on hold.
3. Click Unfreeze to reopen the contract for use again, if available.

Outcome: The contract status and available actions update in the Supplier tab.

How to check it worked

After creating a contract:

1. Return to the Supplier tab.
2. Confirm the supplier name, Contract ID, expiry, and contract status are showing.

After freezing or unfreezing a contract:

1. Return to the Supplier tab.
2. Confirm the contract appears under the expected state and action availability.
