What this page is for
Sandbox > Certification lets TPS accounts run and review sandbox certification checks before go-live.
Certification validates selected sandbox scenarios for:
- Mapping
- ARI, meaning Availability, Rates, and Inventory
- Booking
This page helps confirm whether required sandbox integration scenarios pass before the next go-live step.
Certification does not activate your production connection by itself.
Before you start
This page is for the sandbox environment only.
Before using this page, make sure the earlier sandbox setup has been reviewed, including:
- Sandbox > Configuration
- Sandbox > API Keys
- Sandbox > Webhook
- Sandbox > Connect
- Sandbox > Interact
Also confirm the property, room, rate plan, and test dates are correct before running certification scenarios.

How to check it worked
After running certification scenarios:
- Confirm the scenario shows Successful, where expected.
- Confirm the Successful count increases as scenarios pass.
- Confirm To Execute reduces as scenarios are run.
- Confirm Failure is 0 when all required scenarios have passed.
- Confirm the overall Status updates, such as to Certified, when required scenarios are complete.
If a scenario fails:
- Review the related mapping and configuration values.
- Check the scenario details with your technical team.
- Update the setup if needed.
- Run the scenario again.
