Overview
The API Keys section provides the credentials required to securely connect your system with Bakuun.
These keys are used to authenticate API requests and enable data exchange for mapping, ARI updates, and booking data.
Each API key is tied to a specific function and includes tracking details such as creation date and usage.
💡 Tip: API keys are sensitive and should only be shared with authorized technical users or your channel manager.
API Keys → Mapping Keys
The Mapping Keys section displays the credentials used to authenticate API requests for mapping configuration. These keys allow securely exchange mapping data between your system and Bakuun platform
API Keys → Mapping Keys Table Reference
| Field | Description |
| Name | Identifies the purpose of the key: Read (retrieve mapping data) or Post (send mapping data) |
| Key | The API key used for authentication. Keys are partially masked for security |
| Last Used | Displays the most recent timestamp when the key was used. If unused, a dash (–) is shown |
| Created | The date when the API key was generated |
| Refresh Icon | Regenerates the API key and invalidates the previous key. Use when rotating keys |
| Reveal Key | Displays the full API key. Ensure it is handled securely when revealed |
