Account Menu (User Icon)
The User Icon (👤) located at the top-right corner provides quick access to your account-related options.
When you click this icon, you will see the following:
Menu Options
(1) Profile
Redirects you to your account profile settings, where you can manage your personal and account-related information.
(2) Service Agreement
Opens the service agreement page, where you can review the terms and conditions associated with your account.
(3) Sign out
Logs you out of the platform securely.
How to Access
- Click the User Icon (👤) at the top-right corner
- Select the desired option from the dropdown menu
- You will be redirected to the corresponding section
Business Settings
This section contains your core business details used across the platform.
Fields Explained
(1) Business Name
The legal name of your company.
(2) Country
The country where your business is registered.
(3) Trade Name
The name your business operates under (if different from the legal name).
👉 Make sure these details match your official records to avoid issues with integrations or communications.
Business Contacts
This section defines the key contacts in your organization for different functions.
These contacts are used by Bakuun to ensure the right person is notified when needed.
Contact Types
(1) Finance
Contact for billing, invoices, and payment-related matters.
(2) Support
Contact for day-to-day operational or support-related queries.
(3) Technical
Contact for API, integration, or system-related issues.
(4) Operations
Contact for account management and operational coordination.
👉 Ensure each contact is accurate and actively monitored to avoid delays in communication.
How to Update Information
Follow these steps to update your account settings:
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Locate the section you want to update (Business Settings or Business Contacts)
- Update the required fields
- Click Save to apply changes
Important Notes
- Contact details entered here are only visible to Bakuun
- Incorrect or outdated contacts may lead to delays in issue resolution
- Changes take effect immediately after saving
- Access to certain options may vary depending on your account permissions
