Overview
After registering a Bakuun account, users must complete email verification and account activation before accessing platform features.
This process ensures:
- the email address is valid
- the account owner is verified
- required business information is submitted for review
Once the account is verified and approved, users can continue with the onboarding process and accept the platform Terms & Conditions.
Step 1: Verify Your Email Address
After completing registration, you will receive a verification email in your registered inbox.
- Open the verification email from Bakuun.
- Click the VERIFY button.
- You will be redirected to the sign-in page.
Expected Outcome: Your email address is successfully verified and your account can now proceed to login.
Step 2: Sign In to Your Account
After verifying your email:
- Enter your registered email address.
- Enter the password created during registration.
- Click Continue to sign in.
Expected Outcome: You will be redirected to your Extranet account dashboard.
Step 3: Activate Your Account
After signing in, an Activate your account banner will appear on the dashboard.
- Click Activate account.
- Complete the required business information fields.
- Click Submit your application.
Expected Outcome: Your account information will be submitted for review.
Step 4: Submission Review
After submitting your business information, your account status will show as Submission under verification.
Our team will review the submitted details before approving account activation.
What Happens Next
Once your account has been reviewed and approved:
- you will receive a confirmation email
- your onboarding process can continue
- the next step will be accepting the platform Terms & Conditions (T&C)

- Verification emails may take a few minutes to arrive.
- If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
- Ensure all business information is entered accurately to avoid onboarding delays.
