Settings - Accept Platform T&C

Overview

Before continuing with onboarding, users must review and accept the Bakuun Service Agreement.

Accepting the platform Terms & Conditions (T&C) is mandatory before accessing platform features and continuing with account onboarding.

Step 1: Review the Service Agreement Banner

After signing in and completing account verification, a Before you continue banner will appear on the dashboard.

This banner indicates that the platform Terms & Conditions must be accepted before proceeding.

Step 2: Open the Terms & Conditions

1. Click View & Accept.
2. Review the Bakuun Service Agreement carefully.

Expected Outcome: The full Terms & Conditions document will open for review.

Step 3: Accept the Platform T&C

1. Read through the agreement.

   

2. Click the acceptance button to confirm agreement with the platform Terms & Conditions.

Expected Outcome: The Terms & Conditions are successfully accepted and the onboarding process can continue.

What Happens Next

After accepting the platform Terms & Conditions:

• the onboarding restriction banner will be removed
• account onboarding can continue
• remaining onboarding steps will become accessible

Note

• Acceptance of the platform Terms & Conditions is mandatory.
• Users will not be able to continue onboarding until the agreement has been accepted.
• Ensure the agreement is reviewed carefully before accepting.
