The People section allows you to view, manage, and set access levels for your team members. This is where you can create user accounts, assign roles, control access permissions, and manage visibility per region or product.
Note: The People section is accessible only to users with Master/Admin access. Depending on a user’s permission level, they may see a limited version of the platform or not have access to this section at all.

Adding a New Team Member
In this section, you can view all existing users in your account and add new team members.
How to Add a Team Member
Click ➕ New Member at the top right.
Fill in the Team Member Details:
Profile → Select the appropriate role (Admin, User, Sales, Tech, Support).
Name, Surname, Email Address, Password → Complete all mandatory fields.
Under Permission Level, choose:
Create from scratch → if you want to set custom permissions.
Copy from existing user → to duplicate permissions from another team member. Select the team member from the dropdown.
Once done, click Create Profile.
How to Manage a Team Member Access Details
Click the three-dot menu next to any team member to access the following:

| Update Details | Edit the user’s name, email, or profile settings. |
| Permission | Manage detailed access by product area and section (e.g. View/Edit rights) |
| Region (Sales Role) | Assign product access per country or region (via the Region Management tool) ℹ️ info icon beside the region will show the segment if its assigned. |
Permission Breakdown
When editing Permissions, you can:
Toggle Access on or off for product areas (e.g. Aggregate, Buyer, TPS Supplier)
Define View or Edit rights per section:
Settings, Sandbox, Production, Direct Connect
Click + to expand each section and view more detailed settings (e.g., endpoints, configuration tools, etc.).
Region Management
In this section, you can assign product access per region.
Select the country
Use the dropdown under Segment to choose products (e.g. B-Aggregate, B-Marketplace Supplier)
Users will only see or access products based on the regions and segments assigned to them
The ℹ️ info icon beside the region will show the segment if its assigned.
Important Notes
Only Master and users with permission can create or manage other team members
Be mindful when assigning Edit permissions → these allow users to make live changes
Use region control to restrict visibility for geographically segmented teams
Always enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) for better account security
Last Login helps you monitor user activity and spot inactive or unused accounts
