Add the relevant email addresses for each internal department. These contacts are used by Bakuun for operational updates, support, and escalations. They are not visible to external users.

Terms & Conditions
To view your accepted Terms and Conditions, go to Settings and click T&C.
What This Section Shows
When you access the T&C area, you will see:
- The name and version of the agreement
- The marketplace category it applies to (e.g., Direct Supply)
- The date and time the Terms & Conditions were accepted
- The property account who completed the acceptance
This information is recorded automatically by the system.
Events Log
Under Events, you will see a timestamped record confirming:
- The specific T&C version accepted
- The user who accepted it
- The exact date and time of acceptance
This acts as an official audit trail for compliance and reference purposes.
Important Notes
⚠️ Acceptance Required:
Your property must accept the B-Marketplace Terms & Conditions before distribution can begin.
📌 Version Tracking:
If the T&C is updated in the future, the property may be required to review and accept the new version.
🔎 Audit Reference:
The Events log cannot be edited and serves as a permanent compliance record.
