Overview
The Sandbox → Connect section allows TPS users to manage and monitor test properties within the sandbox environment before going live.
This section ensures that:
- Test properties are properly linked
- Mapping is validated
- Data flow is working correctly prior to production deployment

| INT ID | Internal ID assigned to the sandbox test property. Used for reference during testing and troubleshooting. |
| Name | The name of the test property as configured in the sandbox environment. |
| Country | The country where the test property is registered. |

Indicates the current connection state of the sandbox property. Status Types:

| Last Update | Displays the latest timestamp of synchronization or configuration changes for the test property. |

Property Mapping Configuration
Click the eye icon under the Connect section to open the Channel Details view for the selected property.
This is where you configure the mapping between your internal Room & Rate Plan setup and the corresponding structure in the Bakuun platform, ensuring accurate ARI and booking synchronization.
a. Header Details
The Header Details section provides a high-level overview of the selected property’s channel connection. This information helps verify that you are mapping the correct property and channel before proceeding.

The unique identifier assigned to the integrated TPS. |

The name of the connected third-party system, if any. |

The most recent timestamp showing when the mapping or connection was last synchronized. |

The property ID from your internal system. This must match your TPS configuration for successful mapping. |

Displays the current connectivity state of the property, such as Connected, Draft, or To Start. |
b. Mapping Configuration
This section displays all rooms and rate plans available for mapping.
You must match each Bakuun Room and Rate Plan with the corresponding codes from your own TPS. Accurate mapping is critical to ensure correct synchronization of Availability, Rates, and Inventory.

| Ref ID (Room) | Displays Bakuun’s internal Room ID. Use the checkbox to select the room for mapping. |
| Channel Ref ID (Room) | Your internal room ref id. This must exactly match your configuration. |
| Room Details | Shows the room name or description as configured in Bakuun (e.g., “Single Room with Shared Bathroom”). |
| Ref ID (Rate Plan) | Displays Bakuun’s internal Rate Plan ID linked to the room. Each rate plan appears on a separate row. |
| +/- Icon | Expands or collapses rate plans under each room for easier viewing and management. |
| Channel Ref ID (Rate Plan) | Your internal rate plan ref id. This must exactly match your configuration. |
Rate Plan Details |
Summary of the rate plan configuration, including occupancy, board type, cancellation structure, or pricing type. |

✅ Important:
Click Save once all mappings are correctly configured.
Incorrect mapping may result in failed ARI synchronization or booking errors.
c. Status
The Status tab under Channel Details provides an overview of the current connectivity state of the mapped property and allows basic connection management actions.
This section helps you quickly verify whether the property is actively connected and when it was last updated.
