Overview
This section allows TPS users to import new properties and manage properties that have already been added to the platform.
This view contains two tabs:
- Imported (Default Tab) → Shows all properties that have already been imported into the platform.
- CSV Imports → Enables bulk property uploads using a CSV file.
Imported Properties
Within the Imported tab, users will see a table listing all previously imported properties.

| Field | Description |
| (1) Temporary ID | System generated ID used to track the property submission. |
| (2) Property Name | Name of the imported property. |
| (3) Country | Country where the property is located. |
| (4) Status |
Current processing state of the property:

| (5) Result | Displays the final action outcome, if available. |
| (6) Last Update | Timestamp of the most recent update or action taken on the property. |
| Additional Actions: Select multiple properties using the check boxes on the left, then click Delete to remove them. | |
Filter Properties
Click Filter to narrow down the list.
Available filters include:
Imported Date (with date range)
Result (Submitted, On Hold, Processed)
Property ID
Property Name
Status
After selecting your filters, click Done to apply them.
Add Property
Click + Add Property to open the Import Property popup, where you can manually add new properties.
The popup includes the following fields:
- Property Name
- Country (drop down)
- City
- Currency (drop down)
✨Tips:
- You may click the + icon to add multiple property rows.
- To remove a row, click the trash icon.
- Once completed, click Import to submit the properties.
Note: After a property is successfully processed, it will automatically appear in your account under the main B-Marketplace view.
Import Properties
Within the CSV Imports tab, TPS users can upload multiple properties at once using a CSV file format.
You will see two buttons:
Download CSV template → Click to download a sample file with the correct format.
Import CSV → Once your file is ready, click this to upload your data.

| (1) Property Name | Name of the property |
| (2) Country | Country where the property is located |
| (3) City | City of the property |
| (4) Currency | Currency used for the property |
✨ Tips:
- Each row in your CSV should represent one property.
- Ensure all fields are completed correctly to avoid processing errors.
- After a successful upload, properties will appear under the Imported tab with one of the following statuses: Submitted, On Hold, or Processed, depending on their review state.
