What this article helps you do

Use this article to add new properties, view your property list, check property status, and open each property's details or management area

Why it matters

Your Properties page is where you manage the properties connected to your Bakuun account. From here, you can register new properties, review existing properties, and access the setup areas needed to manage each property

Before you start

Make sure you have:

Bakuun Account ID - your account identifier, shown in your Bakuun account
Company name - the company that manages the property
Contact email - the main contact responsible for onboarding and channel manager mapping
Property details - the information needed to complete the Property Registration File

Open your Properties page

Go to Properties
Select Manage

The Properties page shows the properties connected to your account

Add a new property

From Properties > Manage, select + Add Properties
The Property Registration form opens
Enter the required details:

Company Name - the name of the company that manages the property
Bakuun Account ID - your Bakuun account identifier
Contact Email - the main contact responsible for onboarding and channel manager mapping

Download and complete the Property Registration File

In the Property Registration form, go to Step 1 - Download the Property Registration File
Select Property Registration File here
Download the file
Open the file and complete the required property information
Save the completed file

Do not rename, remove, or change the required columns in the file unless instructed

Upload the completed file

Go back to the Property Registration form
Under Step 2 - Upload the completed file, select Choose File
Upload the completed Property Registration file
Select Submit

How to confirm the property was submitted

After submitting the form, your property registration is sent for processing

Once the property is created, it will appear in your Properties list

View your property list

Your Properties list shows:

Property ID - the unique ID generated for the property
Property Name - the registered name of the property
Country - the country where the property is located
Status - the current status of the property
Actions - options to open property details or manage the property account

Use the search bar or Filter option to find a specific property

Understand property status

The status shows the current state of the property

Common statuses include:

Draft - the property has been created but setup is not complete
Live - the property is active
Blocked - the property is blocked or suspended

Open property details

Use the eye icon to open the property's details page

From the property details page, you can review or update information such as:

Property details
Current status
Services
Language spoken
Property description

Manage the property account

Use the gear icon to open the property's management area

This is where you can manage the property's setup areas, such as:

How to confirm your changes

After updating property information:

The updated details appear on the property details page
The property remains listed under Properties > Manage
The property status updates when the setup progresses

What to do if something goes wrong

You cannot find your Bakuun Account ID - use the link on the Property Registration form to check where to retrieve it
The Property Registration File will not upload - check that the completed file is saved correctly and that required columns were not removed or renamed
A property does not appear after submission - allow time for the registration to be processed, then check the Properties list again
You cannot edit property details - check your account permissions or contact your account admin
You cannot access a property setup area - check your team permissions for that property
