What this helps you do
Update your account profile information, including your account name, language, timezone, password, and profile information.
Your profile keeps your account details accurate and ensures your account settings match your preferences.
Access your profile
You can open your Profile page from anywhere in Bakuun.
- Select your account icon in the top right corner
- Select Profile
You can also access your Profile from the Settings menu:
- Go to Setting
- Select Profile
Update your profile information
- Select Edit in the top right corner of the Profile page
- Update the information you need to change
- Select Save to apply your changes
- Select Cancel to discard any changes
You can update:
- Account Name - the name associated with your account
- Account Id - your unique account identifier. This is generated automatically and cannot be edited
- Username - your account username
- Password - select Change password to update your password
- Language - the display language used for your account
- Timezone - the timezone used for your account
- About - your company logo and related profile information
Change your password
Select Change password
Follow the password update instructions shown on screen
- Save your changes once completed
Update your company logo
- Go to Setting > Profile
- Select Edit
- Select the About section or logo area
- Upload your company logo
- Select Save to apply your changes
Your updated logo appears on your Profile page after saving your changes
How to confirm your changes
After saving your updates:
- Your Profile page displays the latest information
- Your updated language and timezone settings appear on your profile
- Your updated profile details and company logo appear on your Profile page after saving your changes
What to do if something goes wrong
- You cannot edit a field - check whether the field is available for editing in your account settings
- Your changes are not saved - select Save again and confirm the update completes successfully
- You cannot update your password - use the Change password option or contact support if the issue continues
- You cannot update profile information - confirm you have the required account permissions
