This section provides an overview of all properties currently available in your B-Marketplace TPS Supplier account. From this page, users can view key information, apply filters, and access property-specific actions.

Eye Icon → Opens a read-only view of the property details. This page is for viewing only and cannot be edited.
Gear Icon → Opens the editable property settings page. This will be detailed in a separate section of the user guide. |
Filter Options → Click the Filter button to refine the property list. You can filter using the following fields:
Property Name (contains keyword)
Property ID (exact match)
Country (dropdown list)
Status (Live/Draft/Blocked)
Email (linked user email, if applicable)
Click Done after selecting the desired filters to update the view.
Tips → This section is useful for monitoring all active and draft properties and provides quick access to manage or view property-specific data.
Clicking the Import Property button will redirect you to the Import page where you can either bulk upload property data via CSV or add them manually one by one.
🅕 Properties → Account Details
The Property Account Details page provides an overview of the property’s core information. This page is view-only and accessed by clicking the eye icon from the Properties section under the Direct Connect menu.

Note: This section serves as a quick reference for property-level data during onboarding and connection checks. Ensure all details are accurate and up to date in the designated property management section, as changes cannot be made from this view-only page.
🅕 Properties → Settings → Services
The Services section allows users to manage and update the facilities and features offered by the property. Each category groups services into logical clusters (e.g., Parking, Internet, Cleaning) to ensure accurate and consistent setup.
🧭 Tip: Search Across Properties
If you’re managing multiple connected properties, use the Property Search Bar located at the top of the Services page to quickly navigate between them.
This allows you to perform updates or checks on other properties without having to exit and re-enter the Settings module.
💡 Note: The information under each service category (e.g., Parking, Internet, Reception, etc.) is considered static data and is not transmitted to any external partners or systems. This section is maintained purely for internal reference and operational context within the Bakuun platform.
🅕 Parking Services
This section displays the parking options configured for the property. It is view-only any updates on this section do reach out to our Support Team at support@bakuun.com.
Users can see the selected parking types (e.g., Public, Private, or No Parking) and associated configurations such as location, valet service, reservation requirement, and charge details.

This section displays the property’s available internet services. Like other service tabs, it is view-only within this module.
The property can offer different internet types (e.g., Wi-Fi, Cable, or No Internet) and define where the connection is available, along with details on charges, currency, and usage terms.

🅕 Reception Services
The Reception Services section displays front desk–related offerings such as express check-in, luggage storage, tour desk, and other services that enhance the guest experience.
These services are view-only and cannot be edited directly from the extranet. All items are predefined and system-controlled. If you need to update this list, please contact our Support Team.
You can also manage multilingual labels for each item by clicking the 🌐 globe icon, which opens the translation panel on the side of the screen.
