Overview
You can review the available plans, charges, payment details and terms for your connected products directly from your master account.
The information available may vary depending on the product and plan selected.
How to review product details
- Log in to your Bakuun account.
- Go to Store from the left hand menu.
- Select the product you would like to review.
- Click See plans or the available product details option to view the information.
- Review the available details, including:
• Available plans
• Charges and fees
• Payment details
• Other product terms and conditions
Where can I find the charges and terms for a product?
The charges, plan information and applicable terms are available within each product's details page in the Store.
For example, selecting B- Connect Supplier and clicking See plans allows you to review the available plan information and related details.
The same process can be followed for your other connected products.
