Overview
The B-MarketPlace → Connect section allows properties to manage connection requests with Buyers directly from the platform.
Properties may appear in Connect using:
- Direct (PBK) management
- TPS (Third-Party Supplier) management
- Both Direct and TPS management simultaneously
When both management types exist, the property displays once with separate Direct and TPS rows.
What’s New
The latest update introduces:
- Support for properties managed by both Direct (PBK) and TPS accounts simultaneously
- Separate Direct and TPS connection rows under the same property
- Independent connection statuses and actions per managing account row
- Updated Mapping visibility and room/rate plan counting
- Reverse Mapping improvements allowing manual room/rate plan unchecking
How Properties Appear in Connect
Properties appear in the Connect page depending on how they are managed.
Direct (PBK) Only
The property appears with:
- One Direct row
- Direct management tag
- Connection actions available for the Direct account
The property becomes visible once:
- Terms & Conditions are accepted on the property side
TPS Only
The property appears with:
- One TPS row
- TPS management tag
- Connection actions available for the TPS account
The property becomes visible once:
- At least one active TPS-managed rate plan exists
Important:
- TPS rows may remain visible even if TPS rate plans later become inactive
Property Managed by Both Direct and TPS
When both management types exist:
- The property appears once
- Separate Direct and TPS rows display underneath
- Each row is managed independently
Important:
- Connection statuses are handled separately per row
- Actions are handled separately per row
- Freezing one row does not freeze the other

Property Connection Requests
Properties can send connection requests to Buyers directly from the Connect section.
Direct (PBK) Property Connections
Direct-managed properties can:
- Send connection requests to Buyers
- Receive incoming Buyer requests
- Manage Freeze and Unfreeze actions
Buyer requests sent from the Buyer side are automatically accepted by the property.
TPS Property Connections
TPS-managed properties can:
- Send connection requests on behalf of the property
- Appear separately in the Buyer’s Connect page
- Manage connection actions independently from Direct rows
Buyer requests sent from the Buyer side are automatically accepted by the TPS property.
Important:
- TPS rows appear separately from Direct (PBK) rows in the Buyer view
Freeze and Unfreeze Logic
Either the property or the Buyer can freeze a connection at any time.
When a connection is frozen:
