B-Marketplace Connect lets you manage connection requests with Buyers from your property account.

Use this page to:

  • View Buyers available for B-Marketplace connection
  • Send a connection request to a Buyer
  • Check whether a Buyer connection is active
  • Freeze an active Buyer connection, if needed
  • Filter the Buyer list

Before you start

Before submitting or freezing a Buyer connection, confirm the action with your team.

Buyer connection status affects whether the Buyer can access your property’s rates and availability through B-Marketplace.

Open B-Marketplace Connect

  1. Log in to your Property Account
  2. Go to B-Marketplace
  3. Select Connect

You will see the Partners page.

Review the Partners list

Each row shows one Buyer available for connection.

You may see:

  • Int. ID - the internal Buyer reference ID
  • Name - the Buyer name
  • Country - the country where the Buyer operates
  • Status - the current connection status
  • Actions - the available action for that Buyer
  • Filter - used to narrow the Buyer list

Connection status and actions

Status What it means Available action
---- No active connection yet Submit
Accepted The Buyer connection is active Freeze

Submit a connection request

Use Submit when you want to send a connection request to a Buyer.

  1. Go to B-Marketplace > Connect
  2. Find the Buyer you want to connect with
  3. Confirm the status shows ----
  4. Click Submit

Buyer requests are auto accepted based on the current connection flow. After submission, the status should update to Accepted.

Freeze an active Buyer connection

Use Freeze if you need to pause an active Buyer connection.

  1. Go to B-Marketplace > Connect
  2. Find the Buyer you want to pause
  3. Confirm the status shows Accepted
  4. Click Freeze

When a Buyer connection is frozen, the existing setup remains in the system, but the active connection is paused.

How to check it worked

After submitting or freezing a Buyer connection:

  1. Stay on B-Marketplace > Connect
  2. Find the Buyer you updated
  3. Check the Status column
  4. Refresh the page if the status does not update immediately
  5. Confirm the action button changed as expected

For example:

  • A submitted connection should move from ---- to Accepted
  • An active connection should show Accepted
  • An accepted connection should show Freeze

Filter the Buyer list

Use Filter if you need to find a specific Buyer quickly.

  1. Click Filter
  2. Enter or select the filter details
  3. Apply the filter
  4. Review the filtered Buyer list
  5. Clear the filter when finished

You may be able to filter by:

  • Partner Name - search using the Buyer name
  • Partner ID - search using the Buyer reference ID
  • Country - filter Buyers by country
  • Status - filter by connection status

  • Property name
  • Property ID, if available
  • Buyer name
  • Buyer Int. ID, if available
  • Current status
  • Action you are trying to complete
  • Screenshot of the issue, if available
