Below you’ll find the username and password required to connect your channel manager with Bakuun.
- If your Property ID is also needed, you can locate this information in the mapping email sent to you. Please note that the connection is established directly between Bakuun and your channel manager.
- If you encounter any difficulties or are unable to proceed, feel free to contact our Support Team at support@bakuun.com for assistance.
Important Note: Some of our channel manager partners have shared their own mapping guides for using their platform. Please keep in mind that Bakuun does not have access to your channel manager system, so we are unable to check or verify anything on your side.
In some cases, certain channel managers will need to provide us with the mapping details directly. If this applies to your property, then by the time you receive the mapping email, we have already contacted your channel manager on your behalf.
