What this page is for
The Production - Connect page lets B-Marketplace Buyers review properties available for connection and manage their connection status.
For private connections, properties can also be grouped by their Accommodation Account, making it easier to see which properties belong to each account and their current account status.
Before you start
Log in to your Bakuun account and go to:
B-Marketplace → Production → Connect
Select the Private tab to review properties available through private connections.
What this page shows
Each property row shows:
- INT. ID - the property's internal Bakuun ID
- Name - property name
- Country - property location
- Connection - current connection status
- Actions - available actions for the property
The existing connection statuses and actions remain available for each property.
View properties by Accommodation Account
In the Private tab, properties are grouped under their Accommodation Account.
Each account header shows:
- Account ID
- Company Name
- Account Status
Account status may show as:
- Approved
- Unverified
- Rejected
Use the arrow on the right side of the account row to expand or collapse the properties linked to that account.
Show or hide master account names
Use Show master account names to switch between the grouped and flat property views.
When enabled, properties are grouped under their Accommodation Account.
When disabled, properties are shown in the standard property list without the account grouping.
Connection status
The Connection column shows the current status between the buyer and property.
You may see statuses such as:
- Accepted
- Rejected
The existing connection status and actions have not changed as part of this update.
Taking action
Use the available option under Actions for the relevant property.
The actions available depend on the property's current connection status.
Property not showing in the Private tab?
If you expect a property to appear under the Private tab but cannot find it, contact Bakuun Support.
Our team will check that the correct buyer account is linked to the Accommodation Account.
How to check it worked
After completing an action:
- Return to Production → Connect
- Select the Private tab
- Find the relevant Accommodation Account and property
- Confirm the connection status has updated as expected

If a property is missing, the connection status does not look correct, or an expected action is unavailable, contact Bakuun Support and include:
- Accommodation Account ID
- Property name
- Property ID
- Buyer account
- Current connection status
