The Account Settings section is where you manage your business information and main contact points for different teams. Keeping these details up to date ensures smooth communication and accurate platform notifications.

This section allows you to update your organization’s core details.

| Business Name | The legal name of your company or organization. |
| Country | Displays the country where your business is registered. |
| Trade Name | Optional field for your brand or trading name, if different from the legal name. |

Business Contacts
Add the relevant email addresses for each internal department. These contacts are used by Bakuun for operational updates, support communication, and escalations. They are not visible to external users.

Rate Category
The Rate Category section allows you to segment your rate plans based on your business model and sales channels. This helps you organize pricing clearly and control how different types of rates are managed and distributed.
You can enable or disable categories depending on your property’s setup.
Available Rate Categories
Below are the available rate types you can activate:

| B2B | Business to Business rates, typically used for wholesalers, travel agents, or contracted partners. |
| B2C | Business to Consumer rates, usually public or direct retail rates. |
| Package | Rates that include bundled services such as meals, tours, or add ons. |
| FIT | Commonly used for individual bookings through tour operators or agencies. |
| Group | Special rates intended for group bookings. |
| Corporate | Negotiated rates for corporate clients or companies. |
Important Notes

Only enable categories that your property actively uses. - Once enabled, these categories can be selected when creating or editing rate plans.
- If no categories are enabled, rate segmentation will not be available during rate plan creation.
✨ Extra Tip: Keep your segmentation simple. Activating only the necessary categories makes rate management cleaner and avoids confusion.

In the top-right corner of your dashboard, you’ll find two icons:
- ❓ Help Icon – Click to access support resources or FAQs (if available).
- 👤 User Icon (Man Icon) – Click to open your user menu.
From the user menu, you can:
- View your Profile details
- Review your Service Agreement
- Sign out of your account securely
