This section allows you to test and monitor your connection with each property. From here, you can manually push ARI, check the property’s live status, and open the property’s Plan Page view to simulate how your data appears in production. This is helpful for both testing and debugging.
Table Reference - Sandbox → Interact
| Field | Description |
| Internal ID assigned to the property (e.g., HTL01). |
| The name of the test or connected property. |
| The property’s country or region. |
| Shows whether the connection with the property is Live or Suspended. |
| The last time any update or action was processed for the property. |
| Click this calendar icon to simulate pushing ARI data (availability, rates, inventory) via the plan page. See below for more details. |
| Opens the Plan Page for the selected property, allowing you to see how rooms, rate plans, and prices are displayed. See below for more details. |
| Allows you to narrow results by country, status, or property name. |
✨ Tip: Use the Push ARI option if you want to test your configuration without waiting for scheduled updates.
Interact → Push ARI
This section allows you to manually simulate or bulk update ARI (Availability, Rates, and Inventory) data to test your integration and trigger API endpoints configured during the setup. This is especially useful for verifying that your ARI pushes are correctly processed and reflected on the plan.
Once you click the calendar icon under the “Push ARI” column from the Interact tab, you’ll be redirected to this plan page.
Table Reference - Interact → Push ARI
| Field | Description |
| This dropdown lets you choose what type of data you want to view on the plan:
Selecting a specific view filters the plan page content. |
| Lets you toggle between viewing ARI data for “All Rooms” or a specific subset of rooms. This is helpful when you want to isolate updates to only selected rooms. |
| Opens a panel showing a log of all ARI events/actions that were triggered (manual or bulk). For more details, see the “Events” section of this guide. |
| Opens the Bulk Update window where you can push ARI changes for one or more rooms across different operations:
For detailed instructions, refer to the “Bulk Update” section of this guide. |
Property Plan Page – View Options
The View dropdown allows you to customize the data displayed on the Property Plan Page. These views are designed to help you verify how specific ARI elements (Availability, Restrictions, Rates, etc.) are configured, updated, or received.
Available Views
| View Option | Description |
| Only Availability | Displays only the property’s room availability (inventory) for each date. This is useful when testing room allotments or inventory pushes, especially for properties using dynamic availability updates via API. |
| Room Level Restrictions | Shows restrictions applied at the room level. |
| Rate Plan Level Restrictions | Displays restrictions configured per rate plan. |
| Rates | Displays the current rate values per day. |
| LOS (Length of Stay) Rates | Shows pricing adjustments based on length of stay rules. |
Whether you’re testing a single room or validating bulk uploads, selecting the right view helps you isolate and debug specific data layers.
✨ Tip: The selected view determines what rows and columns are shown below, making it easier to focus only on what you need to verify or test.
Property Plan Page → Only Availability View
This view shows the basic room availability per date for the selected property and room. It helps Buyers to verify inventory pushes (room counts) and ensure that availability data sent by the property or retrieved via API is being correctly displayed.
Table Reference - Property Plan Page → Only Availability View
| Field | Description |
| Use the left/right arrows to scroll through months, or click the calendar icon to jump to a specific month. |
| The name of the property room (e.g., Double Room with Shared Toilet). This is what you mapped during the Room Mapping process. |
| This field at the top confirms you’re viewing Only Availability. You can switch to other views (e.g., Rates, LOS) via this dropdown. |
| Hover your mouse to view the Bakuun Room ID and room name. |
| This shows the number of available rooms per day. For example, “80” means there are 80 rooms available to be sold on that date. “N/A” means no data was received or no mapping exists. |
✨ Tips:
- If you see “N/A”, it may indicate the room is not mapped properly or no availability data was received.
- Make sure you’re selecting the correct room view filter at the top to isolate specific types of data.
- You can switch rooms or toggle the “See All Rooms” option to check multiple rooms at once.
Property Plan Page → Room Level Restrictions View
This view allows you to test or validate restrictions that are applied directly at the room level (not per rate plan). It’s used to control availability for specific room types, regardless of which rate plan they are attached to.
Table Reference - Property Plan Page → Room Level Restrictions View
| Field | Description |
| Confirms you’re in the “Room Level Restrictions” view. This ensures you’re seeing restrictions applied to the room itself (not to individual rate plans). |
| Use the left/right arrows to scroll through months, or click the calendar icon to jump to a specific month. |
| Room name and if you hover your mouse it will show the Bakuun Room ID and room name. |
| This shows the number of available rooms per day. |
| These restriction toggles are visible per day |
| THR = Threshold | |
| CTA = Closed to Arrival (Guests cannot check-in on this day) | |
| CTD = Closed to Departure (Guests cannot check out on this day) | |
| STS = Stop Sell (Room is not available at all, overrides availability) |
Property Plan Page → Rate Plan Level Restrictions View
This view displays restrictions applied to each rate plan under a specific room. Unlike Room Level Restrictions, these apply directly to a rate plan and define how and when a guest can book, stay, or cancel.
This section is essential for Buyers to verify that restrictions from the connected property system (via API) are being transmitted correctly per rate plan — ensuring pricing and availability rules are properly enforced.
Table Reference - Property Plan Page → Rate Plan Level Restrictions View
| Field | Description |
| Confirms you’re in the “Room Level Restrictions” view. This ensures you’re seeing restrictions applied to the room itself (not to individual rate plans). |
| Lets you toggle between viewing ARI data for “All Rooms” or a specific subset of rooms. This is helpful when you want to isolate updates to only selected rooms. |
| Use the left/right arrows to scroll through months, or click the calendar icon to jump to a specific month. |
| Room name and if you hover your mouse it will show the Bakuun Room ID and room name. |
| Displays the rate plan ID, board type (e.g., BB = Bed & Breakfast), and occupancy setup. The i icon shows any sales, country restrictions or any rate plan name for this specific rate plan. |
| This shows the number of available rooms per day. |

Property Plan Page → LOS Rates View
This view displays the Length of Stay (LOS) pricing configuration applied to a specific rate plan.
Each row corresponds to a specific LOS rule and its applicable price. Here’s how to interpret the key elements:
Table Reference - LOS Rates View
| Field | Description |
| Navigate through the calendar to view past or future months. |
| Displays the selected room name and Bakuun Room ID. |
| Shows the following information:
|

| If enabled, “Full Pattern Length of Stay” toggle → enforces the discount only if the entire stay matches the LOS range. |
Notes:
⚠️ LOS rates themselves are not editable in this section. To update or configure LOS pricing rules, refer to the Intelligence section of the platform.
