What this article helps you do

B-Connect Contracts lets you review B-Connect contracts linked to your property.

Use this page to:

  • Review Default and Direct contract records
  • Check contract status
  • Check contract expiry
  • Review new contracts, if action is required
  • Freeze or unfreeze Direct contracts, if available
  • Filter the contract list

Before you start

Before reviewing, freezing, or unfreezing a contract, confirm the action with your team.

Contract status may affect whether a Buyer can access your property through B-Connect.

Open B-Connect Contracts

  1. Log in to your Property Account
  2. Go to B-Connect
  3. Select Contracts

You will see the Contracts page.

Review the Contracts page

The page has two tabs:

  • Default - shows default B-Connect contract records
  • Direct - shows Buyer-specific contract records

Each row shows one contract record.

You may see:

  • Buyer Name - the Buyer name linked to the contract
  • Contract ID - the internal contract reference
  • Expire - the contract expiry date, or Never if there is no expiry date
  • Contract - the current contract status
  • Next Action By - who needs to take the next action, if any
  • Action - available action, such as Review
  • Filter - used to narrow the contract list, if available

Contract status meanings

You may see statuses such as:

  • New - a new contract is available for review
  • Rejected - the contract was rejected
  • Terminated - the contract has ended

If there are no contract rows, there may be no contract records available for that tab.

Review a new contract

Use Review when a contract requires action from your property.

  1. Go to B-Connect > Contracts
  2. Open the Direct tab
  3. Find the contract with status New
  4. Check Next Action By
  5. If it shows Supplier (You), click Review
  6. Review the contract details and complete the required action

Freeze or unfreeze Direct contracts

The Direct tab may show Freeze and Unfreeze actions.

Use these only when you need to pause or reactivate selected Direct contract records.

  1. Go to B-Connect > Contracts
  2. Open the Direct tab
  3. Select the contract row using the checkbox
  4. Click Freeze or Unfreeze, if available
  5. Check the contract status after the update

If you are not sure whether a contract should be frozen or unfrozen, contact Bakuun Support before making the change.

Filter contract records

Use Filter if you need to find a specific contract quickly.

  1. Click Filter
  2. Enter or select the filter details
  3. Apply the filter
  4. Review the filtered contract list
  5. Clear the filter when finished

How to check it worked

After reviewing, freezing, or unfreezing a contract:

  1. Stay on B-Connect > Contracts
  2. Open the correct tab, Default or Direct
  3. Find the contract you updated
  4. Check the Contract status
  5. Check whether Next Action By or Action changed
  6. Refresh the page if the update does not show immediately
