This section allows you to monitor all API interactions between the Bakuun platform and your connected systems. You can use this for troubleshooting data sync issues or confirming whether data such as ARI or reservations were successfully transmitted.
Overview of the Logs Page
When you access the Logs page, you’ll find three main tabs at the top:
- All – Displays both successful and failed API calls.
- Succeeded – Shows only the API calls that were successfully processed.
- Failed – Displays any failed API calls that may require further investigation.
If there are no records for your selected criteria, you will see the message: “No Results Found” and “No Details Found.”

✅ What to Check
If you’re troubleshooting a property connection or checking if your ARI (Availability, Rates, and Inventory) was received, always begin by:
- Selecting the correct date range.
- Applying a Hotel ID filter for the property you’re working on.
- Checking both the Succeeded and Failed tabs for activity.
💡 Tip: If you don’t see any logs, double-check if:
- The connection has been enabled on both ends (property and channel manager).
- ARI has actually been sent from the partner side.
- You’ve selected the correct filters or removed unnecessary ones using “Clear all.”
