When you first log in, you’ll see this page. It’s designed to make sure your account is secure and ready to use. There are two steps you need to complete.
Accept the Bakuun Service Agreement
To protect your business and maintain a safe and transparent environment for all users, you must accept the Bakuun Service Agreement.
Click View & Accept.
Review the agreement carefully.
Confirm acceptance to proceed.
Until this is completed, you will not be able to continue using the platform.
Activate Your Account
Once the agreement is accepted, you’ll need to activate your account by submitting verification details. Click Activate account and you will be redirected to the Tell us about your business page.
Business Company Information
In this section, you’ll be asked to complete your business details. Simply follow the prompts and provide the required information to proceed.
Complete the Placing (Business Information Input) section with your company details. This section is where you “place” or assign information temporarily for review.
Click Submit once all required details are entered. You will see a message confirming your submission is under review.
You can also check your status by clicking Profile, where it will show Submission under verification.
What Happens Next:
Our team will review your submission.
If everything is correct, you’ll receive a confirmation email from noreply@bakuun.com that your account has been approved.

Important: Please allow some time for our team to review your submission. Your account status will update once approved, and you’ll be notified by email.
Final Step
Once your master account has been approved by our team, you will receive an email notification from noreply@bakuun.com confirming the approval. In some cases, you may instead receive an email asking for additional information or clarification before the approval can be completed.

Security Settings
To help keep your account safe, Bakuun offers multiple security features, including two-step authentication and session management.
In this section, you’ll learn how to:
Set up Two-Step Authentication using an authenticator app or email token
Review and manage your active login sessions
Update your preferred language
We recommend enabling two-step authentication to enhance your account protection, especially if multiple users are accessing your account.
This section helps you add extra protection to your account.
Two-Step Authentication
This feature adds an extra layer of protection to your account.
Click “Add authentication step” (top right) to begin setup.

You can choose to authenticate via:

Authenticator App (e.g., Google Authenticator) → scan the QR code or enter the setup key manually.
Email Token → receive a one-time code via your email to log in.

We strongly recommend enabling this feature to prevent unauthorized access.
Login Sessions
This section shows where your account is currently logged in.
You will see a list of active sessions, including:
Location
IP Address
Last Active Time
You can use this to monitor account access and detect any unfamiliar logins.
Managing Sessions
Use the checkbox to select one or more sessions you want to log out of.
Click “Sign out all selected sessions” to remove them from active access.
Note: You will see “Current Session” displayed next to the session you’re currently using. This helps you avoid accidentally signing yourself out.
