Overview
The Alerts section allows Aggregate Demand Partners to monitor system level notifications related to their integration and ARI configuration.
You can use this section to:
View active alerts
Acknowledge reviewed alerts
Configure which notifications you wish to receive
Proper alert configuration helps you proactively manage connectivity, mapping, and ARI related changes.
How to Access Alerts
To access this section:
Navigate to Reporting
Click Alert
This will open the Alerts dashboard.
To configure alert preferences:
• Click Preferences at the top of the Alerts page.
Alerts Dashboard
The Alerts dashboard displays all active alert notifications based on your selected preferences.
Each alert includes:
Created - When the alert was triggered
Referred To - Related integration or partner
Country - Market reference
Type - Alert category
Status - Indicates whether the alert has been acknowledged
You may filter alerts by:
Date
Type - (Leads/Mappings/Commercial/ARI)

If needed, you can:
• Click Acknowledge to mark alerts as reviewed

Note: Acknowledging an alert does not resolve the underlying issue. It only updates the alert status.
Alert Preferences
To manage which alerts you receive:
Click Preferences
You will be redirected to the Alert Management page
On this page, you can select which alert categories you want to activate.
Mapping Alerts Preferences
These alerts notify you of mapping related changes:
Room disconnected
Rate plan disconnected
New room type available
New rate plan available
These are important to monitor mapping integrity between your system and Bakuun.
Commercial Alerts Preferences
These alerts relate to commercial and partnership conditions:
Partnership is frozen
Rate type changes
Rules for amount before taxes changes
Rules for amount after taxes changes
These alerts help you track commercial level changes affecting distribution.
ARI Alerts Preferences
ARI alerts notify you of pricing, availability, and restriction changes.
Examples include:
Rate increase or decrease beyond a selected percentage
Offer added or removed
Stop sell activated
Inventory decrease
Inventory equal to zero
Restrictions such as minimum stay, maximum stay, advance booking changes
For ARI alerts, you can:
Define a percentage threshold
Select duration conditions, for example in a row, in a week, or in a month
This allows you to control sensitivity and avoid unnecessary notifications.
How Alerts Work
Once you enable a specific alert type:
The system will monitor for that condition
If triggered, the alert will appear on the Alerts dashboard
You can review and acknowledge it accordingly
Only the alert types you select under Preferences will generate notifications.
✨ Best Practice
Review your Alert Preferences during initial setup.
Enable alerts relevant to your operational monitoring needs.
Regularly check the Alerts dashboard if you manage active integrations.
If you are unsure how to interpret an alert, contact Bakuun Support with the relevant details.
