Production > Mapping lets B-Aggregate Demand Partners review the onboarding and mapping status of their production properties.
Use this page to:
- Check whether a property is ready to be mapped
- Review properties still waiting for onboarding to complete
- Open a property’s mapping details
- Review or update room and rate plan mapping
- Review rates and connectivity status, where available
Before you start
This page is for the Production environment. Changes made here may affect live mapping or connection behaviour for the property.
Before updating mapping, check the Onboarding and Mapping status columns first. These show whether the property is ready to map.
Only update mapping when the property setup, rooms, rate plans, and ARI are ready.
Use connectivity actions such as Suspend, Start, Full Refresh, or Edit carefully. If you are unsure of the impact, contact Bakuun Support before making changes.
Mapping list
Go to Production > Mapping to review your properties.

Use Filter to narrow the list when you have many properties.
Grouped account layout
The Mapping page is grouped by accommodation account or master account, using a similar layout to the Connect page.
Use Show master account names to show or hide master account names in the list.
Use the arrow on an account row to expand or collapse the properties under that account.
Account rows may show badges such as Approved or Unredeemed. These badges show the current state of the account or request. If you are unsure what a badge means for your setup, contact Bakuun Support.
Onboarding and Mapping statuses
Hover over the info icon beside Onboarding or Mapping to view the status legend.
Onboarding statuses

| To set up | Property rooms and rate plans setup is pending or in progress |
| Set up completed | Property rooms and rate plans setup is completed |
| Awaiting ARI | Waiting for initial ARI data to be pushed or loaded |
| Completed | ARI has been received and the property is ready for mapping |
| Blocked | Property has been blocked |
Mapping statuses

| Not Ready | Waiting for property onboarding to complete |
| To start | Ready to begin |
| Draft | Started but not yet finalised |
| Completed | Rate plans are fully mapped and active |
| Disconnected | Mapping was active but the connection has been lost |
| Suspended | Mapping has been temporarily paused |
Open mapping details
- Go to Production > Mapping.
- Find the property.
- Expand the relevant account row, use Filter, or adjust Show master account names if needed.
- Open the action menu on the property row.
- Select Mapping details.
The property’s mapping details page opens.
Properties with Not Ready mapping status may not be available for mapping yet.
Mapping details page
The Mapping details page shows property information and mapping tabs.
The header may show:

Mapping Rooms and Mapping Rate Plans
Mapping links the property’s rooms and rate plans in Bakuun to your own rooms and rate plans.
This helps ARI and booking data flow correctly between systems.
Mapping Rooms
Use Mapping Rooms to review or manage room mapping.
Mapped rooms show the room they are linked to on your side.
Mapping Rate Plans
Use Mapping Rate Plans to review or manage rate plan mapping for each room.
This tab may include:
- Property Rate Plans
- Refresh
- Previous Room / Next Room
- Selected rate plan rows
- ARI icons, where available
Use Refresh if room or rate plan data has changed and needs to be reloaded.
Use Previous Room and Next Room to move between room mapping steps where available.
Standard and Reverse Mapping
With Standard Mapping, you link your rooms and rate plans to the property’s rooms and rate plans in Bakuun.
With Reverse Mapping, your system uses Bakuun room and rate plan IDs through API. You can still review mapping details in the platform, but manual mapping may not be required in the same way.
Occupancy-based rate plans
If a property has separate rate plans by occupancy for the same room, such as Occ 3, Occ 2, and Occ 1, the highest-occupancy rate plan may be used as the master rate plan.
Lower-occupancy rate plans can then be linked as child rate plans.
This applies to Standard Mapping only.
Disconnecting a mapped rate plan in Production removes that mapping. For a master rate plan, this may also remove linked child rate plan mapping. Only disconnect if you intend to update the live mapping.
Rates
The Rates tab shows rate-related setup where available.
This may include commercial settings, pricing logic, tax setup, or fee handling for the property connection.
Some settings may be view-only or managed by the property. If you need a change and cannot make it yourself, contact Bakuun Support.
Status tab
The Status tab shows connectivity-related information for the property.

| Update Connectivity Status | May allow status actions, such as Suspend, where available |
| Full Refresh | Start may trigger a refresh, where available |
| Last Update | Shows when the status was last updated |
| Connectivity Parameters | Connection details for the property, where available |
Use Suspend, Start, Full Refresh, and Edit carefully. These actions may affect the live connection or mapping behaviour.
Connectivity parameters may contain sensitive details, such as usernames or passwords. Never share screenshots of this section without masking them.
How to check it worked
After reviewing status
- Return to Production > Mapping.
- Find the property row.
- Review the Onboarding and Mapping status.
- Hover over the info icon if you need to confirm what a status means.
After updating mapping
- Return to Production > Mapping.
- Find the property row.
- Check the Mapping status.
- Open Mapping details to confirm rooms and rate plans are linked as expected.
After a status or connectivity action
- Go to the Status tab.
- Check Current Connectivity Status.
- Check Last Update, where shown.
- Confirm with your technical or internal team if live mapping or connection behaviour may be affected.
