Production > Connect lets B-Aggregate Demand Partners review property connections in the production environment.
Use this page to:
- Review connected and pending property connections
- Check the connection status of each property
- Freeze accepted property connections, where available
- Request new property registrations or updates to existing properties
Before you start
This page is for the Production environment. Actions taken here may affect live property connections.
Use Freeze carefully. Only freeze a connection when you intend to pause or suspend the accepted property connection.
Before submitting a property registration or update request, make sure you have the correct Bakuun Account ID.
If you are unsure which action to take, contact Bakuun Support before submitting a request or freezing a connection.
Connect list
The Connect list shows master accounts and related property connections.
| Column | Description |

| INT. ID | Internal ID for the master account or property |
| Name | Name of the master account/company or property |
| Country | Country where the property is located |
| Connection | Current connection status of the property, such as Accepted |
| Actions | Available actions for the property, such as Freeze, where shown |
Page controls
At the top of the page, you may see:
| Control | Description |

| Show master account names | Shows or hides master account names in the list |
| Filter | Helps narrow the list to find specific accounts or properties |
| Request/Update Properties | Opens the property registration and update request form |
Master account rows
The list may be grouped by master account or accommodation account, depending on your view.
Use Show master account names to show or hide master account names in the list.
A master account row can show the account INT. ID, name, and a status badge such as Approved or Unredeemed.
These badges show the current state of the account or request. If you are unsure what a status means for your account, contact Bakuun Support.
Use the arrow on the right side of the row to expand or collapse the properties under that master account.
Property connection rows
When a master account is expanded, related properties may appear underneath.
A property row can show:
- Property INT. ID
- Property name
- Country
- Connection status, such as Accepted
- Available action, such as Freeze
- Gear/action icon, where available
Accepted means the property connection has been accepted.
Request or update properties
- Go to Production > Connect.
- Click Request/Update Properties.
- The Property Registration & Update Requests (B-Aggregate) form opens.
- Complete the required details, such as:
- Company Name
- Bakuun Account ID
- Contact Email
- What would you like to do?
- Complete any additional fields shown in the form.
- Submit the request.
Outcome: The request is submitted for review and processing.
Freeze a connection
- In Production > Connect, expand the relevant master account.
- Find the property row with connection status Accepted.
- Click Freeze, where available.
Use Freeze only when you need to pause or suspend the accepted property connection.
Outcome: The property row updates in Production > Connect to reflect the change.
How to check it worked
After submitting a property registration or update request:
- Return to Production > Connect later.
- Expand the relevant master account.
- Check whether the property appears under the expected account.
- Review the connection status or badge shown.
After freezing a connection:
- Return to the relevant property row.
- Confirm the status or available action has changed as expected.
- If you need to confirm live connectivity impact, check with your internal or technical team.
