B-Aggregate: Production - Configuration – Bakuun.com

The Configuration area allows you to view and manage key aspects of your integration setup. Here, you’ll find several sub-sections → Settings, Restrictions, Rate Model, Add-ons, and Booking each giving you visibility over how your connection to B-Aggregate is structured.

While many fields reflect pre-agreed settings, certain areas may be editable if updates are required. This ensures you can align your integration preferences without needing to start from scratch.

Configuration → Settings (Pull API)

The Settings tab under Configuration allows you to review and update the key technical parameters of your integration setup. This section allows users to configure technical details related to the connection, booking behavior, mapping method, and IP access.

Connection	Indicates whether your integration/connection is either API Push or API Pull.
Server Timezone	Shows the timezone of your server. This ensures that availability and rate data align correctly with your local time configuration.
Mapping	Indicates how the room and rate data is integrated. Like Connection, this can be API Push or API Pull.
Max Booking	Defines how far in advance guests can book through the system (e.g., up to 18 nights).
Max Search Window	Set how far into the future rates will be searchable. E.g., 6 Months ahead.
IPs Whitelisting	Click Manage to whitelist IP addresses allowed to push/pull API data.

If there are pending setup steps, a Complete your account onboarding banner will appear at the top of your dashboard. This banner indicates that required onboarding steps are still incomplete.

Configuration → Rate Model (API Pull)

This section states which rate model types are supported by the current connection. Each model outlines how rates are calculated based on occupancy, taxes, and pricing type via API Pull method.

Room Base	Indicates whether your connection supports room-based pricing regardless of guest count.
Occupancy Based	Indicates whether your connection supports pricing that varies by number of occupants.
Before Tax Included	Indicates support for a total rate that includes tax, calculated before tax breakdown.
Before Tax Excluded	Indicates support for base rates where tax is added separately before calculation.
After Tax Included	Indicates support for a total rate with tax already applied after base rate calculation.
After Tax Excluded	Indicates support for rates where tax is calculated after the base rate and shown separately.
NET	Indicates support for NET rates (pre-commission), commonly used in B2B distribution.
BAR	Indicates support for BAR (Best Available Rate), dynamically adjusted based on market demand.

Rate models impact ARI push/pull compatibility with connected systems.

Configuration → Multi Property Search (MPS) → Pull API

This section outlines the available filters and data fields supported in Multi Property Search (MPS) via Pull API connections. These settings allow demand partners to refine and display inventory across multiple properties more accurately, provided MPS is supported.

Cancellation Policy	Displays whether cancellation policy information is returned in the MPS response.
Deposit	Indicates if deposit details are supported (e.g. required upfront payments).
Tax Payable at Booking	Returns tax breakdowns that are payable at the time of booking.
Tax Payable at Property	Returns tax values that are payable directly at the property upon check-in.
Inclusion	Indicates if inclusions like Wi-Fi, breakfast, etc., are shown in the response.
Extra	Shows if extras such as late checkout, early check-in, etc., are returned.
Additional Meals	Indicates if the connection supports additional meal options in the feed.
Search by Property ID	Enables filtering search results by exact property ID.
Search by Country	Enables filtering search results by country.
Search by City	Enables filtering search results by city.
Search by Geo	Enables location-based filtering using coordinates or bounding boxes.
Max Property per Key	Sets the max number of properties per credential key.
Max Property per Search	Sets the max number of properties returned per search call.
Property Search Result Order	This setting defines how search results and rate plans are sorted when multiple options are available. Best Price → Prioritizes the lowest available price regardless of inclusions. Best Price (Room Only) → Sorts by the lowest price with no meals or services included. Best Price (Meals Included) → Prioritizes prices that include meals only. Best Price (Service Included) → Prioritizes prices that include services (e.g. housekeeping, shuttle) only. Best Price (Meals and Service Included) → Sorts by lowest price that includes both meals and services.
Max Room	Indicates the max number of rooms that can be returned in a single response.
Max Rate Plan	Indicates the max number of rate plans that can be returned per room.
Rate Order	Sets the order logic for rate plans. Best Price → Prioritizes the lowest available price regardless of inclusions. Best Price (Room Only) → Sorts by the lowest price with no meals or services included. Best Price (Meals Included) → Prioritizes prices that include meals only. Best Price (Service Included) → Prioritizes prices that include services (e.g. housekeeping, shuttle) only. Best Price (Meals and Service Included) → Sorts by lowest price that includes both meals and services.

If a feature is marked No, the partner system won’t include that data in the response.
Make sure to test the filters to verify that the returned payload aligns with your integration logic.

This section explains the available filters and data fields supported for Single Property Search (SPS) via Pull API. These configurations apply when retrieving rates, availability, and booking conditions for a specific property. If SPS is enabled, they help demand partners return more accurate, property-level results.

Cancellation Policy	Displays whether cancellation terms are supported per room rate and shown in the response.
Deposit	Indicates if deposit information (e.g., amount, condition) is included in the search results.
Tax Payable at Booking	Shows if tax charges are displayed as part of the booking price breakdown at the time of search.
Tax Payable at Property	Indicates if taxes due at the property (i.e., not collected at time of booking) are shown separately in the response.
Inclusion	Identifies whether included services (e.g., Wi-Fi, breakfast) are displayed as part of the rate.
Extra	Displays if additional add-ons (e.g., spa access, parking) are listed and retrievable during search.
Additional Meals	Specifies if extra meal options (not included in rate) are searchable and visible (e.g., lunch add-on available).

Configuration → Booking → Pull API

This section indicates which booking-related actions your system can perform and exchange with Bakuun. These actions are essential to ensure full reservation lifecycle support from initial booking to cancellation or modification.

Note: Mark each item as Yes if your system supports the feature, or No if it doesn’t.

Max ARI Update	Defines how far into the future the supplier can upload ARI data (e.g., 2 years).

Configuration → Restrictions → Push API

This section defines the specific restriction rules your system supports. Each item reflects whether your system can handle and process that restriction when syncing with Bakuun. These settings are important for ensuring consistency across rate plans, availability, and booking rules.

Note: Use the toggle to mark each item as Yes (supported) or No (not supported) based on your system’s capabilities.

Inventory Room Level	Allows pushing inventory (number of rooms available) at the room type level.
MLOS Room Level / Rate Plan Level	Minimum Length of Stay that must be booked, defined either per room type or per specific rate plan.
Max LOS Room Level / Rate Plan Level	Maximum Length of Stay allowed for booking. Controls longer stays either by room or rate plan.
MLOS Arrival Room Level / Rate Plan Level	Sets the minimum nights required starting from the arrival date, per room or rate plan.
Max LOS Arrival Room Level / Rate Plan Level	Sets a limit on how many nights can be booked starting from arrival, typically used for promo control.
Close to Arrival Room Level / Rate Plan Level	Restricts check-in on specific dates (stop sell by arrival), useful during peak or blackout dates.
Close to Departure Room Level / Rate Plan Level	Restricts check-out on certain dates (stop sell by departure), also used for blackout periods.
Stop Sales Room Level / Rate Plan Level	Completely stops selling the room or rate plan for selected dates. No availability shown to buyers.
Min Advance Booking Room Level / Rate Plan Level	Requires bookings to be made at least X days in advance. Helps suppliers prepare for arrivals.
Max Advance Booking Room Level / Rate Plan Level	Limits how far into the future a booking can be made (e.g., up to 6 months only).
Sell Threshold	Controls visibility based on inventory. For example, if stock drops below a threshold, it can trigger a stop-sell or hide availability.
Cancellation Policy and Deposit	Indicates whether cancellation terms and deposit rules are pushed and visible via API.

Configuration → Rate Model → Push API

The Rate Model section outlines the pricing logic supported by the channel integration. It indicates which rate calculation methods are accepted and how your property’s rates will be interpreted when pulled or pushed via the API.

The Supported column will show whether each rate model type is available (Yes) or not (No) for your connected integration.

Rate Model Type	Description
Room Base	Base pricing is set per room level.
Occupancy Based	Rate varies depending on the number of occupants (e.g., 1 person vs. 2 persons).
Length of Stay	Rate is determined by the number of nights booked (e.g., weekly discounts).
FPLOS (Full Pattern Length of Stay)	Defines whether a booking is allowed for a specific arrival date and LOS combination.
Hurdles	Minimum price thresholds that must be met before a rate is shown to customers.
Before Tax Included	Indicates whether the rate value includes taxes before they are added (i.e., tax is separated but included in display).
Before Tax Excluded	Indicates whether tax is not included in the base rate, but added later during calculation.
After Tax Included	The price shown includes taxes added after calculation.
After Tax Excluded	Rate is calculated excluding tax, and tax is applied separately at checkout or booking.
NET	Indicates if the rate is Net Rate model is supported.
BAR	Best Available Rate model is supported, typically the public, unrestricted rate shown to most guests.

Configuration → Addons → Push API

This section shows whether your B-Aggregate connection supports optional add-on services or upsells. These extras can enhance the guest experience and boost revenue.

Addons Pre Booking	Extras that can be offered during the booking process. Examples include airport transfers, breakfast, or early check-in options.
Addons Post Booking	Extras that can be offered after a booking is confirmed. These may include spa reservations, late check-out, or activity bookings.

This section outlines which booking-related actions are supported by your B-Aggregate connection. These actions define how booking data is handled between Bakuun and your system.

New Booking	Indicates if the connection can receive and process new bookings.
Modify Booking	Shows whether the system can handle updates to existing bookings (e.g., change of dates, guest details, etc.).
Cancel Booking	Confirms if the entire booking can be canceled through the integration.
Cancel Room	Allows cancellation of individual rooms within a multi-room booking, without affecting the rest of the reservation.
Multi Room	Indicates support for bookings that include more than one room (i.e., group or family bookings made in a single transaction).
