1. Log in to your extranet and from the "Manage Properties" dropdown menu, select the property that you wish to manage.
2. You will be redirected to another page, please scroll down and choose the "Rates and Availabilities" tab from the left menu.
3. Click on the Total Calendar tab to view your plan page.
4. You will be redirected to your plan page and then you can set the offer manually. Please refer to the image below.
5. To open the pop up, you have to click "pencil" icon. After doing so, a pop up will appear. Please refer to the image below on how to update the offer.
A few things to take note of if you are connected to channel manager provider:
a. You are unable to update any base price of the rooms.
b. You are able to update only the price offer of the rooms.
c. You are unable to update the quantity of the rooms.
NOTE: Make sure to click the Update Changes icon to save any changes made
